No plans, no seats: you buy credits and every site spends them on what it actually uses, at our cost times a published markup. Starting a site takes a small setup fee and loads the site with its first credits.

Questions

What happens when a site runs out of credits? It pauses writes (the admin shows why) and keeps serving what is already published. Add credits and it continues — nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.

Can I host the frontend myself? Yes. Fork the theme to GitHub and serve the build on GitHub Pages under your own domain; the CMS stays here and keeps metering only what the CMS does.

Refunds? Unused credits are refundable on request — see the Terms.
