Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PremiumCMS (the “Service”), operated by the owner of premium-cms.com (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You need an email address to create an account; we sign you in with links sent to it, so keep it secure. You are responsible for everything done with your account and for the content of the sites you create.

2. Credits and payment

The Service is prepaid. You buy credits through our payment provider; credits are spent on the setup of new sites and on metered usage at the prices published on the Pricing page, which we may change with notice on that page. Credits do not expire while your account is active. Unused credits are refundable on request at their purchase price, less any payment-provider fees; credits already spent are not. When a site has no credits left it pauses writes until credits are added; we never bill you beyond what you have bought.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, for sending unsolicited email, for malware, phishing or other abuse, or for content you do not have the right to publish. We may suspend or remove sites that break these rules or that endanger the platform, and we will tell you when we do unless the law prevents it.

4. Your content

You own the content you put on your sites. You grant us only the licence needed to store and serve it as part of the Service. You can export your database from your site's admin and delete a site at any time; deletion is permanent.

5. Availability

We run the Service on Cloudflare's network and aim for it to be available at all times, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. We keep nightly database backups of hosted sites for disaster recovery; you should keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the credits you bought in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your sites and asking us to close your account. We may close accounts that have been inactive with no sites and no credits for more than a year, or that breach these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page and, where we can, by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
